As a Luxury Experience Curator, you will design unique, tailor-made travel experiences for our clients, including accommodations, activities, dining options, and other special requests. You will be our clients' key liaison, ensuring their travel vision becomes a reality.

Key Responsibilities of a Luxury Experience Curator:

• Uniquely design customized travel itineraries based on the client's preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
• Conduct thorough research while understanding the destination, accommodation, and experience preferences to share suitable recommendations with clients.
• Negotiate with vendors, hotels, and other service providers to provide our clients with the best rates and overall value.
• Communicate efficiently and regularly with clients throughout the travel process, from initial planning to post-trip follow-up.
• Create lasting relationships with clients to encourage their return business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other members of our travel agency team to ensure that every aspect of the client's travel experience is harmoniously coordinated.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and destination knowledge to continually offer exceptional service and unique travel experiences.

• Managing logistics: You will be responsible for arranging transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities, taking into account the budget and preferences of the group. Ensure all reservations are confirmed, and the group knows the plan.
• Ensuring safety and security: The group's safety is paramount, and you must monitor potential dangers while traveling. You should understand the local laws and customs and ensure that all members adhere to them.
• Handling any problems: If any issue arises during the trip, you must step in and solve the problem. It could be anything from a lack of communication to a medical emergency, and you must remain calm under pressure and find a solution as quickly as possible.
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience: You must ensure the group's trip is delightful by providing superior customer service. You should attend to any requests, be available for questions, and anticipate their needs before they arise.

• You will be an independent contractor and will be issued a 1099.
• Upon receiving approval for the position, you will be obligated to fund five experiences, which will serve as on-the-job training. These experiences will provide a unique opportunity to enhance your skill set and broaden your knowledge base. Following your successful hire, all upcoming experiences will be fully financed plus compensation. The five luxury experiences required during the training phase will be self-funded. Still, they shall be instrumental in heightening the caliber of your abilities in the position. We are invested in providing top-tier professional development. With these on-the-job exercises, you will be exposed to various tailor-made opportunities for personal growth and advancement. Furthermore, we assure you that once you have joined our team, all upcoming experiences will be fully compensated, meaning individuals are not required to dip into their funds for any subsequent endeavors.
